Our handcrafted wood harvest tables bring charm to any event with their rustic design, made from solid Pine and stained for a rustic finish. Comfortably seating 8 people, they suit both indoor and outdoor use. Plus, you can skip the tablecloths and let their charm shine!

We offer 25 tables, each 8’ long and seating 8 people comfortably.
Additionally, there is 3 sweetheart tables (6ft long) suitable for 2-6 people or as a dessert/food table. Rentals are for a 3-4 day period, with options for longer discussed upon booking. Pickup and drop off required. Minimum booking of 5 tables, maximum of 28

Rental rate of $115 per table. Discounts are applied for booking with 18+ tables. If booked with our other rental items as well you will receive a package deal discount on all prices .

Yes — you can combine tables, chairs, décor items, and signage packages. Booking multiple items often qualifies you for package deal discounts.

A deposit is required to secure your rental items. All payments are final and non-refundable once items are reserved.

Yes — a credit card will be held on file and you will be charged a damage deposit of $150 (refundable upon return of items in good condition on the agreed return date)

If damages exceed the damage deposit, you will be responsible for the additional cost of repair or replacement. We provide protective moving blankets and/or bubble wrap and instructions for safe transport and return.

Details of pickup, drop-off, setup and breakdown should be discussed during booking. Pickup and drop-off are required for most items unless otherwise arranged.

Yes — we offer signage sets (welcome signs, aisle signs, seating charts, bar/sweets signs, table numbers, guest book signs, etc.) available in different colour/style themes.

Because items are curated and in high demand, it’s best to reserve as early as possible to ensure availability of the specific items you want.

We offer linen table runners (16 feet long, 25 inches wide) and table setting items such as dinner plates and side plates — note: table settings are only available when you rent tables from us.

We will schedule a pickup/drop-off time and provide instructions for safe transport/return. You’ll receive item care and return instructions as part of your rental contract.
